A contributor licence makes working access available; organisation and project roles still decide what that person can do. Team adds internal read-only Viewers, while Business adds external Guests who only see invited projects.

What happens after the Trial?
Your organisation keeps its data and moves to the Free allowance of one contributor. Existing additional people retain read-only access, but new internal Viewers or project Guests cannot be invited until the appropriate plan is assigned. Flattened PDF exports remain available, while editable and data-export features become unavailable. Plan assignment and billing are currently handled manually by SiteBind operations. Prices exclude VAT.

What does a contributor seat grant?
It makes an internal member eligible for working roles. Their organisation role controls organisation administration, while their role on each project controls whether they administer, manage, contribute or only view.
Can we move a paid licence to someone else?
Business and Enterprise use pooled seats, so administrators can release and reassign them immediately. Team licences are attached to named contributors while they remain members; removing a member ends that named licence rather than creating a spare seat.
What is the difference between Free, Team and Business?
Free includes one contributor and flattened PDF outputs. Team adds internal Viewers, editable PDF annotations, source and CSV data exports, revision comparison and mobile access using named-user licensing. Business adds external project Guests, changes contributor licensing to a reusable seat pool, and includes organisation-wide MFA enforcement and custom markup-pack imports.
Are project or drawing limits enforced?
No separate project or drawing cap is currently enforced. Plans differ through contributor licensing and the advanced features shown above.
What can Viewers and Guests do?
Internal Viewers, included from Team upwards, are read-only organisation members. External Guests, included from Business upwards, only see invited projects and can respond when an issue is assigned to them. Neither consumes a contributor licence or pooled seat.
Can we buy a plan online?
Not yet. New organisations start with a 30-day Trial, and paid plan changes are currently assigned manually by SiteBind operations while payment-provider integration is pending.
